Following the great success of the previous ALICE Courses with each time more registration requests than places, the programme for 2013 again was expanded to three days of live surgery transmissions, alternating with expert lectures and discussion sessions AND a parallel session to Japan was added. In this way ALICE is one of the major intracranial endovascular courses in Europe and even worldwide, and the educational value of live interactivity during procedures is no small contributor to this.
Our AV crews capture, record and transmit every detail of every procedure in full HD quality, giving the audience an almost better view of details than the interventionists themselves.
Also, the conference venue is rigged and draped and installed with seamless dual-widescreen projection, specifically developed speakers desks, "lounge" moderator setup, interactive voting etc. And we are present on the other side of the globe in Tokyo to coordinate down-link and AV-support at the venue there.
Live locations: Essen, Tokyo
