The FOCUS Sessions at the annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology are one of our main projects - two huge conference rooms, completely "built" by us, hosting each 10 one-and-a-half-hour sessions on different "hot topics" in cardiology: basically we have to provide AV for 20 symposia in three days.
Many of those symposia feature extensive live surgery transmissions, from centers all over Europe (this year, we will transmit from Poland (Katowice), Germany (Berlin and Munich), Belgium (Liège) and the Netherlands (Rotterdam), and all those transmissions will be done of course in Full High-Definition Video - our standard.
New this year and another challenge for us is the complete furnishing of the enormous Poster Zone where we'll use our imagination with projection and led-lighting.
The huge logistics associated with this project are both in the area of personnel (more than 50 persons involved), material (five huge trucks will roll direction Munich) and organisation (the crew actually "lives" in a parallel village, with catering and social activities specially organised for them). All this ensures our performance reflects our enthusiasm.
