Speakers receive a request to book a virtual training/recording slot through our online planning tool to get familiar with the workflow of their digital presentation.

MediAVentures collects all PowerPoint presentations for both live and pre-recorded talks.

Since easily accessible medical content is always our main focus, we run all presentations directly from our servers and give remote control to the speakers over the internet, this ensures pixel perfect streaming quality.

Each room has an individual video conference operator, welcoming speakers and practicing show flows well before the session starts.

MediAVentures studios edits and prepares all recorded talks and makes them available for review by your representatives, where additional notes and requests can be shared in our online tool before signing off an individual presentation.

We create pixel perfect branded backgrounds in house or through a collaboration with your own graphics department to ensure streamlined results throughout all rooms and webinars.
